20 years ago the world was as you know it now. Simple, stupid, and mostly just a bunch of political strutting around. Yet there was a change, people began to unlock a strange power. Referred by many names; magic, ki, chi, chakra, qi, miracles... Others in the underground had been able to chemically recreate these abilities and armed themselves with super powered people and slowly these powers spread. This explosion of power and illegal qi drugs so quickly and suddenly started as a ripple, but became a giant tidal wave on a global scale in less than a year. Chaos followed this erupting into a full on war with new lines being drawn and new Super powers rising and falling. However people were not stupid, they knew this would lead to no one winning. That's when the Attrition Accords were signed. Every territory line was drawn and agreed on by every organization that was currently in control. This would prevent su check constant conflict that the world was plunged into a dark ages of sorts. These new territories were numbered from 1 to 260. The larger territories like 14, 112, 157, and 259 are not allowed to take large military actions on their smaller neighbors, but those neighbors do have allegiances signed to those larger territories for survival and health. This includes food, infostructure, transportation, etc. It's been 11 years since the accords were signed.

One of the organizations involved in this new power grab war 20 years ago called it's self Cabal. It was at the epicenter of the power expansion and was one of the first to gather people with abilities. They took Northern California and set up shop, a young Zack Asiv was the Commander and lead them to organized control. Expanding rapidly though maintaining a comparable force of offense and defense. After signing the Accords Zack became proprietor of Cabal Academy and set up the current norm. Old squads within the organization turned to teaching or turning to trainers for the next generations.



Cabal Academy: Where you're all housed. It's made up of a School, a Training center, and a Command center. Trainee's come from all over to study general classwork like Biology, History and Mathematics. At the same time though, those being Trained are special. They have powers and abilities we call "Qi", which grants the wielders incredible capabilities. Magicks. Control over the elements. At our facility, we help you enhance and learn and grow these powers, but more importantly we help you learn control. Our Proprietor, Asiv, is always there to look out for you and your people.

T.I.M.E: Team Integrity and Mission Excellence crews. These soldiers are hand picked by the proprietor to keep you safe. From each other, from outside influences. They are strong, and capable. While they have the ability to punish you with demarks and collars, they are also there for you to reach out to for help. We pride ourselves on keeping our Academy and facility in line, and our TIME troops will help see that mission through.

Academy Pillars: Made up of our esteemed Command Captain, our Venerable Vice Captain, the proud Mission Director and our wonder working PR Controller, our Pillars are the cornerstones of the Team command structure. The Captain oversees all, making sure missions run smoothly and everyone stays in line. Sometimes, he can be seen assisting you on your adventures- for we consider him or her to be the strongest of us all. Our Vice Captain, or VC, is our day to day field operator. He or she helps you on quests, looks after you in the beginning stages of your missions, and is always a welcome sight on the horizon. Our Mission controller will be the one handing out missions, dictating rewards, and helping keep the spirit of teamwork alive. Our PR controller is a doctor, counselor, and public face. They will make sure our image remains, as always, spotless.

Of course, for Pillars, we want strength to rule the day. Growth and experience are necessary, and we want the best of the best! So we encourage you to challenge these troops for their position- if you think you're better suited, better temperamentally, and better physically, our Pillars MUST answer the call!
